Package Lost / Damage
Lost Packages
A package will be considered lost if:
- The tracking status shows no updates for 1 week, or
- The order is not delivered within 12 days from the dispatch date.
In such cases, you may choose one of the following resolutions:
- Full refund issued to your original payment method, or
- Free replacement shipment if you would prefer the order to be resent.
We’re committed to making things right. Please contact us with your order details and we will act promptly.
Packages Arriving Damaged
If any DVDs arrive damaged, we sincerely apologise for the inconvenience. To resolve this:
- We can send replacement DVDs or offer a partial refund, depending on the damage.
- In some cases, the DVDs inside are fine and only the outer box is broken.
- Replacements (if applicable) will be included with your next order.
Please provide clear photos of the damaged items and the packaging for verification.
